Why a link or dropdown isn’t enough
The information duty requires the consumer to clearly perceive the notice about the statutory legal guarantee before deciding to buy. If the information hides behind a click (in the terms, a tab or a collapsible element), it counts as not properly given. That’s exactly why the EU rule prescribes an embedded graphic to the official template.

- On every product page. The duty is per product. A single info page is not enough.
- Check mobile. The graphic must be readable before the buy button on phones too.
